Shipping & Returns
Bringing deliciousness to your doorstep. Your order means everything to us, so we take pride in ensuring an exceptional delivery experience. Our American Wagyu Beef products are vacuum sealed and flash frozen to preserve freshness and bold favor. Your order is then shipped in an insulated package with gel packs and dry ice.
Follow this law of thaw. As a general rule, thaw packaged meats in the fridge or a cold-water bath (6 hours per pound). Never use hot water or thaw on the countertop.
We ship all orders UPS Next Day. Your order will arrive the day after we ship it, so you don't have to wait long for that unmistakable Good Silver flavor.
- FREE Shipping for orders $200+ (excludes bulk beef orders).
- Shipping Charges: $35 for orders under $50, $20 for orders $50-99, and $15 for orders $100-199.
- All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day method.
For our bulk products, we charge the actual shipping costs as calculated using your postal code to deliver truckloads of beef to right to your door.
Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday for Tuesday through Saturday delivery. All Saturday deliveries must be to residential addresses.
Hawaii and Alaska, no hard feelings, okay? Currently we only ship to the lower 48 states, and we do not offer international shipping.
Please double check your address. We know everyone makes mistakes, but The Good Silver Steak Co. is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Also, we can’t deliver to PO boxes.
Some things are out of our control. In rare instances, your flash-frozen Good Silver order may arrive +/- 1 day from the requested delivery date. Please plan accordingly and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refunds & Returns
It’s always our goal to exceed your expectations. We want every purchase from The Good Silver Steak Co. to delight our customers. If your experience with our American Wagyu Beef products has fallen short of your expectations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
We can’t accept returned meat. But we love returning customers.
With perishable products and time-sensitive shipping, we simply can’t accept returns. However, if you received a product that you feel does not live up to The Good Silver Steak Co. name, we will work with you to reach a fair agreement. Photos of defective or unsatisfactory products may be required for our internal records and insurance.
