American Wagyu Ribs

It has long been said that meat on the bone is the most delicious, flavorful, and tender. So it only stands to reason that the superior marbling and savoriness of The Good Silver Steak Co.’s American Wagyu Rib steaks provide the ultimate beef experience.

Just as striking as the melt-in-your-mouth and can’t-wait-for-the-next-bite qualities of our wagyu ribs is the primal appeal of meat on the bone. So whether you’re treating yourself to the good life or hosting those closest to you, make a statement by presenting an American Wagyu Rib steak that looks and tastes irresistible. And when the last bites have been devoured, you can keep the bones as your trophy for a job well done.

Select your perfection. Our two tiers of American Wagyu grade above Prime, so we utilize the Japanese Beef Marbling Score (BMS). Choose Sterling for a BMS of 4 to 5 or Finest for 6+. Either way, your order will be perfectly delicious.

Tips for Cooking the Perfect Good Silver American Wagyu Rib Steak

The preferred cooking methods for American Wagyu Rib Steaks are as varied as our selection of steaks. Whether you favor high-heat grilling, searing in a hot skillet, oven roasting and reverse seating, broiling, or smoking, here are some tips to ensure you make the most of these marvels of marbling.

  • Bring your wagyu rib steak to room temperature before cooking.
  • We suggest cooking to a medium-rare internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit. However, if you prefer your steaks rare or well-done, we’re not here to judge, only to indulge.
  • Bones insulate heat—that’s just good meat science. So, your rib steaks may need a bit more cooking time than their boneless brethren. It’s a labor of love and flavor, but your patience is sure to be rewarded.
